I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Albany and a Master of Social Work from Fordham University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, family conflict, and substance abuse.
I am dedicated to meeting each of my clients where they are at in their journey, whether they are seeking professional help for the first time or looking for a fresh perspective. I believe in a strength-based approach, which builds upon each client’s strengths and helps them to affect change within themselves.
